This kit works with your stock accessory drive. An older style power steering pump from a 99-14 truck might need to be swapped in due to casting differences (not on all trucks).  Install is mostly a bolt on process and should take 6-11 hours for a person with decent knowledge with tools. 

    3/4" coolant hoses,belt (~104.5") and Vacuum lines not included. Any auto parts store will carry them.
