NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor & Administrator
The Boost District “Chevy Caprice” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Boost District LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Boost District and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted starting on April 22nd and ending on July 18th. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on the end date.
4. How to Enter
a) Purchase Entry
Earn 1 entry for every $5 spent on eligible merchandise purchased online at www.boostdistrict.com or in person during the Promotion Period. Shipping, taxes, and discounts do not count toward the entry total.
b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Necessary)
Submit an entry at an event or using the digital entry form. No purchase is required to enter via this method. No limit to how many you can do per day.
All entries—whether earned via purchase or submitted freely—are treated equally. Any attempt to game the system, including multiple emails or false identities, may result in disqualification.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 2013 Chevrolet Caprice, with an estimated value of $20,000. The prize is awarded as-is with no warranties, express or implied.
Winner is solely responsible for:
Taxes (federal, state, local)
Title, registration, licensing
Insurance and any other fees
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is allowed.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or around August, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and a new winner may be selected.
6. Taxes and Legal
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the prize. Boost District is not liable for any damages or losses related to the giveaway or use of the prize.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Boost District and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims arising out of participation or prize use.
Boost District is not liable for:
Lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries
Technical errors of any kind
Injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use
8. Publicity Release
By entering, you grant Boost District permission to use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Purchasing with the intent to return items for entries is strictly prohibited. If fraudulent behavior is detected, Boost District reserves the right to disqualify any participant and ban them from future sweepstakes.
10. General Conditions
Boost District reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Entries found to be incomplete, false, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
