LSA Thermal Reduction Plates

BoostDistrict is proud to offer this bolt-on Heads to Intake/Supercharger Thermal Reduction plates.

This is a great way to improve the efficiency of the supercharger’s performance. These plates reduce heat transfer caused by the supercharger sitting directly on the cylinder heads.

The supercharger being in direct contact with the cylinder heads, reduces thermal efficiency on positive displacement supercharged vehicles.  With the Thermal reduction plates the car will see consistently cooler IATs, making it perform closer to cooler weather conditions. The cooler air entering the combustion chamber will help performance by reducing timing being pulled on warm days out due to lower temps and dense air. RTV gasket maker is needed to seal the plates to the heads.

Insulating the supercharger as much as possible to deter heat is the best way to improve performance with just a simple mod!
